One day picnic at woodrich resorts

Hi all,

This was planned by the unit that I am working for, in my office. I was one of the organizers. We had a couple of meeting to discuss on various things like, games, gifts and the arrangement for the whole picnic.

The day 9/06/2007 we all assembled at our office premises, as expected a couple of people did not turn up. We started at 8:30 from office, I started taking the attendance and that was fun, like a teacher taking attendance, there were three shuttles, and the last one was occupied by the GOG (gang of girls) and couple of others including me. We traveled for around 1 hr to reach the place, the travel was not fun at all. Anyways we reached woodrich around 9:30 AM and as soon as we reached the place, breakfast was ready.

People started taking snaps of each other and sat down to have breakfast after that. Idlis, vada bread butter jam and omlet was served for the breakfast. After that we were shown the place, they had a decent swimming pool, a ground and lot of things which children play, like jula and kind of stuff. All the girls were interested in these kind of things, quite strange. I did not know what was so much they were enzoying when they were swinging in the jula. Probably i might come to know about this later in the day!!

After a good breakfast we guys went to the basket ball court and played basket ball. Two teams were formed and we started playing. The funny thing is no one knew what the rules were. People were not dribbling the ball, they just grab the ball and run to the other side of the court, but it was fun. People continued playing, but wanted to try badminton, so myself with my colleagues went to the shuttle court and played a couple of games. Then Karthik (PM) joined us, we played the game as professional as possible with rules. Karthik was asking for the rules, but I was quite amazed to see that he really played very gud. I played two games and came out and saw that people were enzoying a lot in swimming pool. Swimming is one of favourite, I like to swim a lot and I am not afraid of water. We played in the water for a long time till 12:30 PM and after that had a very good lunch. The only thing that was not available, were the drinks but we could taste wine which Karthik had bought from home. I tasted wine after a long time and it was good.

After lunch people did not want to play any games that we the organizers had arranged for but settle down to play two games, which were again quite fun to play. After this there were appreciation award distributed to the well performing people in the Unit, and I was also expecting one. Finally they called my name and I was there in a flash of second to receive the award. You feel very confident when such kind of award are distributed and if you are one of the recipient. I felt very good.

I came to know before itself that I was one of the recipient, so the day before I was preparing a speech and reharsing it. But to my disappointment did not get a chance to read the speech out.

Finally after the games, we went to play cricket and after that the real fun began. I went to collect my towel near the swimming pool, when I came back again to the ground I saw people dancing in Rain, no it was not raining but the resort had a place which was like a man made rain, we danced a lot to some of the gud songs played by the resort people. This was only thing that a lot of people enzoyed and people got really drenched in the rain. The joy was stopped when the PM called us back and said we have to leave for the day, all of them were disappointed but we had to leave as it was getting late. We had tea and at around 6:00 PM left the place.


All the people had assembled near the shuttle; I could see a couple of girls were swiging in the jula. I wanted to try to see how it feels, so I told them that we are getting late and they stopped swiging, as soon as they got down from the jula, I went to try it and they came again, my friend sat beside me and we played for sometime, this was fun. I was afraid that I might fall because after a long time i was swinging in a jula. she started teasing me that I was afraid (puppy Shame) and other friends also joined to tease me. As it was getting late we left the place and everyone was silent in the shuttle and our shuttle was the first to reach office. Altogether it was fun and enzoyed a lot.

There are couple of instances that made this day a memorable one. I did not bring my bike so I asked this new found friend (I say she is a new friend even though I know her past one and half years because she still amazes me, hope this friendship continues) , if she could drop me for which she agreed; on the way to my home there is this guy who prepares panipuri very gud, where we had pani puri. After her said gud bye to her and I left. All in all i can say....................."It was another perfect day!!!! "

Pirates of the Caribbean!!!

Hi all,
You all might be wondering..how will the above title relate to the movie "pirates of the Caribbean." Well I saw this film yesterday with my friends and colleagues from office. We were around eighteen people and had planned for this movie a week before the movie got released. So on last week I went nd booked the tickets.The guy who was issueing the tickets was dumbstruk..because I told him tat I need 18 tickets.

Then we distributed the tickets among ourselves..but to my surprise found tat some of the people from the LSP (wondering what is lsp..well it load, stress and performance teting ..all technical words ;-))team were planning to drop..but luckily there was some instlalation problems and they could make it. The movie was fun to watch with your close friends sitting beside you and...laughing for every action that johny depp made..though he was not my favourite charecter..but somehow i liked him..for the funny part of him.
Kiera nightly..wow she is my lady not because of her figure or watever..the only thing tat impressed me was her protruding lips and the rabit teeth that she has....and my favourite in the movie was the lady who played the calypso part..her dialouge delivery was good Some of my friends and colleagues tease me ...because I said she was very beautifull..i think beauty i snot bound to body . Though i enzoyed the movie..some ppl complained that they could not understand the movie..wel..i cannot help it...rit???

If you watch the movie and understand the theme..in my perspective it all about love...b/w william turner and elizabeth...william is quite confused to choose b/w his father and elizabeth...and ultimately he get both because of jack sparrow...and ofcourse jack sparrow is heart broken....even he loved elizabeth rit??? and the broken love between calypso and devy jones..(there is some much of pain in broken love) or is that I could concentrate only on that part..i dont know...
After the movie we walked down to office and collected bags, helmets watever and back to home..though some of the lsp team memebers had to stay back...

ummm gud that this is my second post and hopefully i shall continue writting them.

My First blog!!

First of all let me tell u all something about my self. I have been living in Bangalore for the past 25 years now..so i call my self a typical bangalorite. My entire education was in Bangalore..in school had lot of fun..got a chance to interact with a lot of people across country as it was a army school..one of the best thing studying in such a school is you get to learn about many cultures..u speak a common language..which ofcoure is hindi or english..but most of the time it was hindi..the school encourage all the things that a child need to know about..academic, cultural and sports were given equal importance. I was participating in all of them. I was not a brillient student but little hard work and dedication i could compete with the best in my class..an average student with a lot of determination. You must be wondering which school is this..yes its the KV ASC..ofcourse all KVs impart the above said things. My college days were not as good as in school...bcoz i joined a state syllabus school and i did not know much kanada to speak so could not make freinds. However my engineering was again a lot of fun and by then could speak somewhat fluent kanada.

I made alot of good friends..there was no seniors in the collegae becoz it was new colleage..so when it came to elections in college i was made the CR...the margin of votes 20;21 ofcourse i got 21 votes...so won by one vote..this continue for another four years. Interesting thing to tellu all is that..none of the girls voted for me.

So by this you can understand that we were not good with girls ..they always watched with suspicious eyes and were retrospect when moving with us...I dont know wat was the reason..all the girls were very beautifull and talked to only few boys.....but ofcourse there were other girls who talked with us. Me and couple of my best friends made a gang in colleage called "Bad Boys in APS." and we were famous for that...it so happend that none of the lecturers also did not like our 3 memeber gang..when i say it was a three memember gang..there were also supporters for us in the class...we had a lot of fights with in the class..but let me tell u the truth..even though i was the CR..i ws not as bold as I am now...now I can face any body..those day i was scared...bcoz I came to college to study..and was not from a rich family either...and i did not wanted to be involved with all this elections and stuff...but some how my friends though i was the ideal candidate..bbcoz i could speak good english..and knew how to speak with people...but as the days progressed..i got accustomed to this and during the last few semesters i was acting as a CR only...bcoz of all these things..i flunk in few subjects in second semester and one in third semester..i could clear all these only in 7 and 8th semester only..so when the 8 th sem results were out..i was confident tat i can clear all the 8th sem papers but was afraid that i might not clear the backlogs...that was the only time i feared that this could ruin my career ahead...but luckily got through with good marks..I should thank all the lectures..umm not the colleage lecturers but the tuttion lecturers who did not ask me any fee for the tutions..I told them tat I am not in a position to pay tution fees and would like to attend the tution for free...most of them agree for this..except for few...

i have typed a long story i suppose..so this is all about me and my past..hoping for a better future and the present.
